Christmas 2014

So after deciding to make this blog I realized I have tons of photos from sessions in the past couple of months I'd like to post. I know it's odd and out of order but I really like these pictures. The Lawton's  had a session before Christmas. We got some great shots out of this session!

The next group of photos is my sister Brandi and her Husband Ryan with their son Colton! The Greeson's are a staple in my portfolio. My sister and her family are my guinea pigs and always love letting me take their photos! I couldn't have started this little adventure without them! These are the first real session I ever had with my new camera! I've learned an awful lot since then but think they still look great!!

Chloe's First Year Session

This is sweet little serious faced Chloe! We had a First Year Session in March and I decided to turn it into a bit of a Tea Party! She loved playing with the pearl necklaces and bracelets!

Caleb Bluebonnet/Spring Session

This past weekend I had a bluebonnet session scheduled with Caleb and Miranda. Well, the field I was using decided to sprout yellow daisies and dandelions instead. So it ended up being a bluebonnet/spring session! I think it still turned out amazing!

This is by far one of my favorite photos I've ever taken!

Rode's Senior Session

I had my first Senior Session this past weekend. My cousin, Rode, whom I've loved like my own baby since the age of 12. It was bittersweet to be proud of the pictures I captured but also be sad that he is all grown up! I really like the way these turned out. We were nearly rained out twice but managed to find a little sunshine! Enjoy!

A Walk In St. Edward's Park

I took the boys I nanny for to a new park this week, St. Edward's Park located on Spicewood Springs Rd. It's just down the road from their house and a short drive. Super cool little park with tons of trails, a creek bed and lots of scenic areas for pictures. The boys and I hiked for nearly 2 hours and still haven't explored the area in it's entirety. I foresee this being a nice little swimming spot in the summer time! It's kind of hidden and out of the way and if you drive too fast you'll miss it's entrance. There were only a few people there in the morning but towards midday the parking lot started to fill up. However that doesn't mean it was packed by any means. The parking lot itself is tiny. I believe there are a few different entrances and parking areas but have only seen the one. Here are a few shots from that day! Enjoy!
